Fantastic experience, I had wanted a motorhome for years and when I retired recently we decided to buy one out of my pension money, we were very cautious indeed after a friend bought one that was in a poor state and he lost thousands on it, we travelled to England to view a couple but just didn't trust the seller's. When I contacted The Motorhome Company there were a string of emails between Michelle and I, I asked her lots of questions and she very patiently answered them for me and when we noticed a van that met our needs for the right price we travelled up. Michelle and her colleagues were fantastic, again lots of questions but they really put us at ease. The warranty they were offering for 12 months was unrivalled by any other dealer and after going away for a coffee we decided to buy it. The whole buying experience was amazing from start to finish, we were given reasonable timescales for collection and promised that a couple of minor issues would be fixed, we were kept informed of progress via WhatsApp and eventually picked up our lovely motorhome, we love it. The handover videos provided by the company are invaluable and provided a thorough reference for everything we needed for going away. The van was working perfectly when we collected it however developed a couple of minor issues whilst using it, no problem, returned to the company and the lovely Norrie sorted everything out for us while we chatted to him. It is unusual to find such fantastic customer service these days but well done The Motorhome Company, I would recommend them to anyone.

Checking website about buying our 1st motorhome for retirement, left message telling the will be retiring in a few months so would contact them nearer the time Told them what I was looking for and they had one in stock that fitted the bill Said I could view it if I wanted, I told them that I would not be in a position to purchase for a few months they said no problem come and view if you wish We went to see it and were left alone to view Michelle was on hand if we had any questions which we did No sales pressure what so ever We decided that day to put a part payment and reserved it Again no pressure It was about 7 weeks before we were able to complete We received videos of everything working which will be handy to look back on On the handover day Michelle even picked us up from the bus station in Perth Even received goodies in handover pack Would definitely recommend based on our experience Thanks again Michelle and team

Visited motorhome company in June 2024 to look at motorhomes, very helpful and friendly. Came back in October 2024 to view a motorhome Michelle greeted us and remembered us. (Impressed) Let us look around again at our leisure we chose to purchase one of the motorhomes. Smooth transaction, Michelle's customer service is second to none. Nathan's detailed handover videos are perfect as you can watch them at your leisure and they are there if you forget anything. The sales team is very friendly, helpful, patient, knowledgeable and efficient. Importantly, the after sales attention is marvellous. We bought our first van from this company and recently traded it in for another. We had a very slight problem when first trying our new van and it was attended to and put right immediately- no problem.

It is our first motorhome and we appreciated the time we were given to look around all the motorhomes without someone looking over our shoulder giving the hard sale. Plenty of Van's, really friendly and helpful

We bought our motorhome from these guys in July after our first one ( also bought from the motorhome company) was written off. We had a couple of snagging issues which were rectified quickly and FOC. On our latest trip we developed a leak. I called Nathan at home and he said to bring it in when we got home. I did that today. I took the van down at 2 and was back on the road before 3. Nathan and Norrie quickly found the problem and repaired it there and then. If you are looking to buy a motorhome there really is only one place to go for excellent sales and after sales service.

As we were changing from a camper-van to a Motorhome we wanted to view a variety of options. Having a list in mind, we headed to The Motorhome Company and were grateful for the chance to view each and every MH at leisure but with the reassurance of someone on hand if we had any questions. Each MH was clean and welcoming and even though we had a few visits, we finally (and happily) settled on our Auto-Sleeper. The whole process was easy and quicker than we had imagined, with the hand over videos being a very welcome addition. Collection was a breeze, with a welcomed ‘brew’ after a long trip we were given time to check and double check before explaining the paperwork, answering any queries we had and we left knowing we had made the right choice. The handover videos have been a point of reference to ensure we were setting up correctly and we had a great night out….looking forward to heading out again very soon! We would highly recommend The Motorhome Company. All staff were welcoming and there was no pressure at any time. Thank you!

Bought new motorhome late August can't fault them, told to take our time and walk around and any questions Don't hesitate to ask Michelle or Nathan very attentive and able to offer any advice needed Any little niggles Advice on heating etc where quickly explained. Handover day nice to see chocolates and wine and the Obligatory whistling kettle plus a few more bits and pieces, was kind of gutted didn't get our photos taken lol. Around two years ago, after much deliberation I took the plunge and purchased a motorhome from the team at the Motorhome Company. I had originally planned on buying second hand but loved the Benimar and eventually went for a brand new 243, Michelle also talked sense into me to convince me to go for the Automatic with the extra horsepower - I wasn't convinced at the time but Im so glad she did, the automatic makes the longer drives much less onerous. From my first visit to Auchterarder the service and the aftersales from the team here has been nothing short of exemplary, they have all been extremely professional, accommodating and responsive. I've had upgrade work, minor warranty work, servicing, HABs and general technical queries all completed with absolutely no quibbles and made to feel very welcome every time. If you want great products, peace of mind and excellent aftersales, I really can’t recommend these guys enough.

I can’t praise the Motorhome company highly enough. Initially we had a couple of communication problems regarding delivery but these were quickly ironed out. The service provided by the all the staff was very professional, either in person, on the phone or by email. I had two issues with the van but i was was invited to bring the van in immediately and with the other issue directed to the manufacturer of the part. I was entirely satisfied by their response. I would have no hesitation in buying from the Motorhome Company again.
